I guess I should add that management needs to give me a few months to gather the sum. Penny's to some, but not so to me and hondobud is right, they need a spelled out plan on how the money will be spent, with contingency cash accounted for.

The alternative is to brush up on Canadian Bankruptcy Law. Anybody have a recommended reading?
