Nothing new...he sounded resigned to the long haul arbitration route..
Q: Have we been kicked off the mine yet?
A: No.
Q: Why?
A: I dunno.
Q: Will there be a PR when we're kicked off the site?
A: Dunno...yes...if it is considered a material event.
Q: Are negotiations ongoing?
A: The MOC was cancelled. There are no negotiations.
Q: I thought "the Chinese" had a meeting with "high level Venezuelan officials" last week.
A: The CRRC has said they will "try to get to the bottom of this". There are no negotiations between KRY and Venezuela. We are proceeding with arbitration.
Q: I was under the impression that KRY had been in negotiations with Venezuela for years leading up to the cancellation of the MOC.
A: Those negotiations were for the permit.
Q: Has KRY left the site?
A: No.
Q: Why not (in light of the cancelled MOC and termination of negotiations)?
A: Evacuation of site cannot be accomplished in a single day. Employees\families have to be given notice, etc.
Q: The last PR indicated that "KRY has filed a request for arbitration"....what does that mean?
A: It takes from 10 days to 6 weeks for ISCID to respond to the request to formalize the arbitration filing.
Q: Will there be a PR when ISCID acknowledges\confirms arbitration filing?
A: Material events will be PR'd.
Q: Any suggestions for KRY shareholders?
A: Yes..."Bend over and kiss your ass goodbye" (just kidding)
