No, Ez, I think you have no idea of what you're saying.. Of course, in filing, Crystallex is asking for the Permit and the MOC, 'cause these are the reasons for dispute.. But since they, Crystallex, know perfectly (a thing you haven't realized, yet) that they wouldn't be granted, they're asking for dollars...

It's not the they don't want permit and MOC, it's simply they know very well that VZ will not give them to us...
