I'm still around with all of my shares, patiently waiting for a resolution that may be later rather than sooner.

Like all, I am waiting for (1) the Chinese to actually walk away so that I can really believe it is dead, and (2) the announcement of an arbitration financing plan.

Until then, not much to say or do, although I do admit being perplexed by the Crystallex request for relief since arbitrators can only grant monetary damages.
