"This new agreement in accordance with the provisions in the Official Gazette 39511 of 16 September 2010, is designed to finance large projects in infrastructure construction, social development, energy, mineral development, agriculture, and accelerate social and economic development of Venezuela, "he said.
I still can't get past how Venezuela is apparently biting the hand that feeds it. A China State Company wants to execute a contract to develop mining and requires a permit to do so. So, on the one hand, China lends these clowns billions to develop, among other things, gold mining.....but on the other hand, they cancel the MOC that would pave the way for China to help develop one of the largest gold mines on the planet.
Does China have anything to say about this?
I simply don't get it. It's incongruous sh!t like this that forces me to take the time to read EZ's rose coloured crap.
