I know anything can happen in a lawsuit. And I understand that finacing will impact our ultimate reward.

But, the more I think about this, I don't know how KRY doesn't get a massive judgment here. In the past, they could blame VZ for missed "goals" "expectations" and "deadlines."

But its hard to imagine arbitration going south if its handled with any degree of competency. No more excuses KRY.
