Red Rock, you make some very good points however, I gotta believe that the Chinese are just as stunned as KRY is and are thinking twice about integrity and verasity of the Vens going forward into any new deal. As far as any negotiations going forward, I think KRY, by filing for arb and putting up the mining equipment for sale have effective told the Vens to kiss their a$$. Give us the permit and modified MOC or go to hell. If KRY/we can get out with a bunch of cash from a buyout by Chinese and I can sell my shares for a profit I will be happier than a punk in Boys Town.
