I've thought about it and I just don't see any delay.

VZ can spin their wheels all they want redoing the MOC, discussing damages and including the permit. The arbitration train won't stop while they wheel and deal. Since CVG has terminated the contract it is KRY who is in the drivers seat.

Kry can tell VZ exactly what they want and don't have to negotiate anything other than the monetary damages but I think we all know that won't happen. It does show the arbitration panel they did everything they could to do a deal.

Plain and simple this won't delay the arbitration process one bit.
