settlement or arbitration....

arbitration is our direction... lawyers are on board.... board is on board....

we have strong case me thinks.

waiting for ven to counter with their lawyers.... they need to find representation. I believe there is a time line here.

however, if there is an agreement by chinese to take over a stack of mines in Ven.... and make a major payment... or as part of hugoson thanking Jintao for the major investment in Ven.... we would then hopefully get a respectful offer to settle.
