The arbritration is a forgone conclusion. I am certain there are entities that will give us cash for arb with a significant payoff when this goes through. It is clear we are owed at a minimum hundreds of millions for the work done. It is just a matter of what the extra lost profits will be. If I had that kind of dough, I would give myself favourable terms and give myself a healthier payout than any other investment plan I could devise.
