I would not think that a board of directors would allow any major mining company to get involved with KRY in an arbitration or any other thing where Venezuela and Hugo chavez is part of the equation. There are better ways for them to apply their assets. I would think that any money coming to finance the bondholders and the arbitration will have to come from a party already financially involved with KRY that has a stake in the final outcome.
