$500 million on 365 million shs = .73

$500 million on 412 (fully diluted ) = .82

$1.9 billion or 50% (discounted) = $4.61 (412 million shs fully diluted)

$950 million or 1/4 (discounted) = $2.305 (412 million shs fully diluted)

I'm going out on a limb here and saying " I don't know what will happen"
