I have has a couple private messages from members who would like to see some uniformity as to which posts are removed and who is banned.This forum was set up to supply factual information about our common investment Crystallex. We have managed to turn it into a cesspool of bickering and nonsense.

Almost everyone poster has been guilty of infractions including myself. I think the concept of fellow hub leaders forming a committee to deal with posts and individuals is a good idea. I have never banned anyone since I became a hub leader believing that everyone should have their say as long as they are respectful. I've refrained from removing posts because it is a slippery slope.

I would ask everyone to please show some restraint and class in not only posting but reacting to posts. We have an off topic section that many of these personal message and debates should be on.

I don't think we are over run by pumpers or bashers. There seem to be just as many "pie in the sky" posts as there are "bankruptcy" posts. I think what frustrates some posters, me included is that some people keep saying the same thing over and over whether it be we will be bought out for $5 or we will go bankrupt. Everyone of these posts are based on opinion but don't allow for the opposite side of the argument.

I'm not trying to lecture anyone one but I am asking for some civility and respect for others and their views. Everyone has the option to continue any discussion through private messaging or through email if they want.

If any hub leaders want to discuss any issues I'm always will to listen.
