...to believe that Venezuela's plan for Las Cristinas and the gold mining sector is non-development with a side order of multi-billion dollar arbitration claims...our share price doesn't seem to speak of any imminent deal or productive ongoing negotiations. Anybody care to offer a "glass-half-full" explanation as to how our share price\volume can be in the toilet if there is any productive negotiations going on behind the scenes or has everyone resigned themselves to the multi-year arbitration haul?
