Seems to me that nobody is excited about the stock, particularly in the current correction environment until one of two things happens.

One, Crystallex says that they are working on a settlement, which they won't do until it's done. Or, two, Crystallex announces a reasonable financing plan for the term of the arbitration, which they won't do because they will likely just finance on the fly and try to molify the bondholders.

In either case, seems to me that we have some waiting to do. Sorry, I know that is not what you want to hear GW, just telling it as I see it at the moment.

Don't get me wrong, I'm sure that Bob is trying hard to work out something, but these things are cultivated like mushrooms -- in the dark.
