Vlada...that makes sense to me. I wasn't clear how to interpret the Primary Binding Agreement (i.e. Paragraph #9 versus Paragraph #5). I solicited the opinion of our highest caliber on staff legal consultant (rhymes with NoBear) and he concurs with RM's assertion that the Primary Binding Agreement is still in effect. Good news if you're in the camp that is looking for an early settlement to this mess. Personally, I don't see this going the full course of arbitration. In my mind it's a question of how far along the arbitration road we have to travel before everyone can reach an agreement that makes sense. I'm looking for something in time for the AGM in early June....but that is just the desparate hope of a man that is running out of air. Thank you for sharing your conversation with RM.
