Good luck with that Mayo. In my 13 year history with Fung I've never known him to say anything that he wasn't legally obligated to say.

Personally I wouldn't expect anything before the AGM unless it was to announce some financing to keep the lights on. I wouldn't expect him to say anything about the $100 million owned to the bondholders until the end of the year. And I'd never expect him to release a statement related to the cancellation of the MOC, other than something he might say, in a Q and A session at the AGM, such as: They never asked for changes in the MOC and we had no idea they were going to cancel it.
