But, what goes. History was another one. When Carlos Chancellor document signed, nothing less than his ticket of freedom emitted by Court First of Execution of state Bolivar, as soon as it had time to embrace and to kiss his daughter before that happiness became, again, in bitterness.

“This court, by means of decision of this same date, decided the conversion the rest of the pain by fulfillment in confinement”. But… there was no freedom. And Chancellor, after embracing its descendant, had to return to the cell.

Confusion
From the 6:30 of afternoon, it soothes of Patrol crafts of Caroní began to fill of people who waited for the exit of the political leader. Already for that moment, the elect mayor of the Sifontes municipality had been stopped again.

Soon the reason was known: a call had informed on the revocation of the decision. Who called and from where? Nobody, until last night knew, it.

“If a decision of this type exists, the public prosecutor must appeal to the Court of Appeals. Although we have the ticket of release of a prisoner signed by Carlos, it was retained illegally and a confirmation of the TSJ is being expected (Supreme Court of Justice to annul it). It is a telephone and irregular process that goes against the right state”, denounced, in front of cameras, microphones and recorders, Light Maria Alvarez, president of the Sectional Guayana City of the School of Lawyers.

Carmen Cedeño, wife of Chancellor, also declared to where they allowed the sobs him: “They gave this ticket Us of release of a prisoner for Carlos Chancellor. We really do not understand what it is happening”.

The street burned

The confusion began when the civil servants arrived from the Police of the state Bolivar: the presents related that the uniformed ones attacked to some of the students, and four of them were even stopped: Jose Rock, Jesus Rock, Oswaldo Rodriguez and Juan Betancourt.

Altogether, eight patrols and two motorcycles were used to dissipate the protest. The commander of the Police of the state Bolivar, Julio Caesar Manzulli Sources, participated in the action.

The civil servants seized the camera of the equipment of Globovisión, headed by Lorraine Canes. In the middle of the struggle, the journalist was struck in the face.

“Whereas my camarógrafo recorded what it was happening, those civil servants arrived from the Police, attacked against the boys they pushed and them. They said when me that they were taking camarógrafo, I ran up to one of the patrols, and I asked to him the civil servant who did not take it. But it was blocked and he said to us that he was bad what we did (…) we struggle, I wanted to put in the patrol, it gave the push me and it was it gave when me in the mouth”, related the journalist.

To the expectation
After the liberation of the students, all the demonstrators congregated themselves again in the Palace of Justice to repudiate the action and to remain in watch.

For a moment rumors were run that assured that police civil servants would disperse to the demonstrators with tear gas. It never happened, and between so many murmurs, something yes was truth: Carlos Chancellor continued prisoner in soothes of Patrol crafts of Caroní.

When the release of a prisoner announced, from the outskirts of the Palace of Justice, Daniel Chancellor declared, in the middle of a inocultable emotion: “Calm, that within awhile arrives the man at whom you must interview”. That man, his brother, never arrived. How much it will be necessary to hope to interview it, now yes, in freedom?
