ALSO since the judgement went in our favor on the class action suit, does this not open the possibility of some structured financing of the ARB, an announcement from the KRY BOD?

I can't speak for Fung....but at the very least I would want to be able to offer some definative good news on financing (if nothing else) at the AGM if I was him.....otherwise it could be very uncomfortable up at the podium.
