Libyan Foreign Minister Mussa Kussa (L) presents Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez (R) with a copy of 'The Green Book', written by the Libyan leader Moamer Kadhafi and first published in 1975 outlining his views on democracy and his political philosophy, after he was bestowed with an honorary degree from the Academy of Graduate Studies on October 23, 2010, in the Libyan capital Tripoli.
