KRY is being de-listed on the Amex and not GRZ has to do with our balance sheet. We are effectively insolvent whereas GRZ appears to be fine in that regard. It certainly can't have anything to do with the volume traded since GRZ is pretty dead these days volume wise.

If you accept that as an accurate assessment of the reason for the de-listing then I suppose you could make an argument for arranging financing\cutting a deal with the bondholders "sooner rather than later". I know that some people feel that financing will be delayed till shortly before the bond note is due. Pink sheet status can't help as far as securing financing is concerned can it?

Fung guided us to this precarious financial situation by opting not to pursue arbitration years ago so he must have this all thought out right? He's a genius...right?
