IF they are able to extend the bond holders repayment, anyone who is familiar with KRYs legal representatives will want a set percentage of the impending settlement as a guarantee. It could spell a 10 plug bagger for someone with millions to stash somehwere.

Kinda like Celino and Barnes footing the bill until your settlement comes in. Should they feel confident in the case.
