Exaviel Alexander, Secretary General, considers that the threat of a technical closing in the auriferous company is an uprising that does not correspond with the ideal of the “leader of the revolution”.

It exhorted to minister of Basic Industries and Minería, Jose Khan, to that it summons to the board of directors with the workers “because we want to know and we want to rescue our company”.

“They are more than 730 workers than they toil in Venrus miner, we are speaking of 2 thousand 500 people who benefit from this company and we will not accept that by irresponsible situations the factory and the communities break stop benefitting”.

It stressed that Venrus is a viable company “as long as the workers we are in the administration because we can guarantee the operation and the productivity, but the finances we cannot guarantee them because we did not handle them”.
