Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
Last year his big carrot was telling us he had a sure-fire Hugo blessed deal with the Chinese to mine LC.
He stated the Chinese twice "sought" assurances on the deal from "high ranking" Ven officials. He used the word, "sought" instead of the word "got" because, as I guessed last year, and as we now know, the Chinese never got those assurances.
Now Fung is "seeking" and "pursuing" a re-structuring of debt with our bondholders. The bondholders are reported to be "interested" in reaching some type of agreement to avoid certain bankruptcy which is now literally months away. KRY is reported to have "no plans" for bankruptcy. Kind of makes one wonder what the next PR will be (excluding the de-listing).
