The AGM stand for the Annual General Meeting and it's basically the (required by law) annual meeting held in Toronto by KRY management usually sometime in June.
The AGM usually starts between 8 and 9 in the morning with the hype and half-truths starting a few seconds after Fung reads the legal disclaimer stating he can't be held liable for any of the hype or half-truths he's about to speak.
Anyone owning stock in KRY is allowed to attend the open meeting. It's often held in a Toronto Hotel conference room but a local nudie bar would make it much more entertaining.
Fung speaks and then usually makes a powerpoint presentation. He then takes questions often refusing to answer them if the questions are too direct.
Last year his big carrot was telling us he had a sure-fire Hugo blessed deal with the Chinese to mine LC.
He stated the Chinese twice "sought" assurances on the deal from "high ranking" Ven officials. He used the word, "sought" instead of the word "got" because, as I guessed last year, and as we now know, the Chinese never got those assurances. And, even if they had, those assurances would have meant nothing in real life because Hugo lies to everyone, including the mighty Chinese.
The only real reason to go to the AGM is for the free coffee and danish.
