President Hugo Chavez dismisses governors as rival candidates and warned them to be left without the goat and without the rope

President Hugo Chavez told the Cabinet that "many governors have presidential aspirations, however, does not believe that none of the names of those leaders who wish to participate in the primary opposition to be a rival who wins the presidential election to be held in 2012.

"I think it will be without the goat and without the rope," he said, referring to the governors, opposition candidates can lose more regional power if they try to confront him in the presidential election.
