i think that's the exact same thing khan said the first time he was in charge of mibam/cvg. after listening to this stuff for what seems like forever i've come to a conclusion.

socialism cannot allow material gain. if folks start acquiring material wealth they will only want more which will eventially mean they have to take it from someone else...hence, the fall of socialism. so, by everyone being butt naked broke hugo insures a healthy socialist system...except for a few at the top...

you have to blame some of this on the venezuelan people. i understand "minana" as well as anyone, but damn, to listen to this BS for over a decade and every time you go on strike they promise "within six weeks we'll have your money" then go back to work for another 6 months only to repeat the process... some of these folks just are'nt too bright.
