why would they attempt to sue for thier money when kry legally has to deliver it in a few months anyway? the notes will be due before they can get a court date.

kry's market cap is currently about 1/2 of the noteholder debt.. if the noteholders decide not to agree to any negotiated settlement and kry cannot acquire financing they will own everything (including the arb case) by year end.

but hey, look at the bright side, maybe the notholders are'nt looking to get into the equipment liqiudation and arbitration business....
