GRZ arbitration this year?

Is there any expectation that there will be an arbitration ruling, before December, for GRZ?

I figure if there is a favorable ruling, this year, for GRZ then KRY might get a small boost. A boost big enough for me to only lose half my investment instead of my current 90% loss.

What are your thoughts on this?
