they're asking shareholders to "go on faith" with the BOD doing what's best for the "corporation and the shareholders"....you have to be f'n kidding me.

explain the circumstances as to why this might be best and i'll think about it... otherwise, i have to say that the BOD has'nt earned a lot of faith...imo

it would'nt suprise me for the BOD to excercise .20 options AFTER the reverse split...
