That just pisses me off to no end. I agree with CJR.....Staying on Amex is pointless.......therefore reverse split is pointless....at least from increasing shareholder value. Now, the question to ask is how the reverse split....or just the announcement of the reverse split........is going to pad management's f'in golden parachute.
