I'm on the road with very little internet connection so my info on this stock split is spotty.

Is the proposed stock split 6 or 10 to 1?

Is this something being voted on before the AGM?

Has KRY explained the reason behind this proposed stock split? (I know this last question is laughable but I thought I'd ask anyway)
