Restructuring the financing of the bonds is different from obtaining the financing necessary to fund the arbitration process. KRY will need more than a restructuring of the debt to survive. They will financing to keep the company running and i do not see an indication of where that is coming from.

As far as my selling, I am through with averaging down. I value the couple of thousand dollars that I have left invested in KRY and do not feel like gambling that money on a 100-1 shot. So feel free to have my shares. I am through selling anyway.
