To me it doesn't matter who is in control. Our contract is with VZ and not the crooks so no matter who is in control of that area it will be VZ we are dealing with in any settlement. I don't see any chance of mining at this point and wouldn't want to.

The buy out I'm referring to would be for our data not for the court case. If people want to mine asap they need our data unless they want to start over. I don't see anyone doing any deal on LC and starting from scratch like Kry did. They will want to start right away.

I suppose it is possible that a seperate deal could be made for the data that doesn't compensate Kry for VZ. If this happened, we would have enough for arbitration and payments for any extended notes.
