I would bet a lot of money that Vz has enough info on LC that things could get rocking quite quickly. I don't assume for a minute that kry's data hasn't traded hands along the way. How do we know it hasn't, cuz Marshall says so?

Both KRY and Placer Dome submitted detailed mining plans along with detailed drill results. I don't think not having kry's data is a big hindrance if Vz wants to go ahead. jmo
