Civi,

How would the bond investors get 50% of their money back. KRY doesn't have 50 million even if they liquidated everything do they? Plus if KRY was in that position management would squander whatever cash they could legally; like to the lawyers and "other" general expenses. Wink!

Plus like any management team they will feel like they have not been paid enough for all of their hard work and double D's.
