Right now KRY's BOD is spending a fair amount of the company's cash on attorney fees to make dam sure that each move they make is legal and free of future lawsuits or criminal penalties towards the BOD and to each of them personally. They are going to want to make sure that whatever they each individually walk away with will never be challenged in court.

Anyone of us would expect the same if we were in their shoes.
