EZ you cant mine without permits ......When GRZ received the permit they went to the next step all the way to the end ....... God knows how long you wait for permits in Venezuela KRY was waiting right to the end,still haven't got it 20 year later. Can you show where Chaves said he would take away GRZ land if they didn't mine it?....... you cant because he never said that about GRZ maybe your thinking about Chaves bullshit to still GRZ and KRY propertys. Fung should have seen this coming years ago and whent to arbitration but he was to busy making stock options and selling them every chance he could.
