Would it be fair to say that should KRY win their reinstatement back on to the AMEX, they must have had something up their sleeves, that convinced the AMEX, that they will be a viable business at some point in the future?

Perhaps...on the other hand if we get de-listed would it be fair to say that they must have had nothing up their sleeves, that convinced the AMEX, that they will be a viable business at some point in the future?
