It is possible that the noteholders being separate from each other can file against KRY as a means of being first in line to draw from the cash position? Can they put a freeze on the assets? Leave it up to a trustee of the bankruptcy court to handle the allocation of the funds? Can the trustee consider the arbitration as a tool to satify the interests of all parties including us and make all parties wait for a court decision in that matter?
