Considering human nature I would assume that the BOD is now circling the wagons as a means to get whatever they can out of the company legally before KRY dries up. Who wouldn't? These guys are from the "entitlement class". They will "expect" something on their way out the door and onto their next "opportunity". Another board, retirement, etc.
