Think we are writing about different things here . . .

My posts only concern Form 25 being filed, and the timeline after Form 25 is filed.

Maybe I misunderstand, but the appeal timeline seems to be the subject of your posts.

The two, Form 25 timeline and second-appeal timeline, are somewhat related - but are different.
