What I don't get is that Bill Cara told everyone on his site a few years ago to sell all their shares of KRY when it was trading at 3.50 usd. I think everyone sold but me. I didn't want to lose $2000 usd at the time. He stated at that time that he had a connection down in Central America that told him KRY/LC would never happen, I assume based on inside information like a company insider down below. It would make sense that if BC knew the outcome so did RF.

Osmo....you are absolutely, 100% correct. At the time, Cara said the reason it would never happen was "political". Like you...I ignored his warning. Kind of makes you wonder what "high level Venezuelan officials" Fung has been talking to all these years and exactly what "these high level officials" were saying. All we have from KRY management is heresay. I guess they never asked\insisted on receiving anything in writing from Venezuelan officials as an alternative to immediately filing for arbitration (ooohhh...what he said!...that might upset Hugo). Was KRY management Venezuela's suckers or were shareholders KRY mangement's suckers?
