How do I get some action in the Toronto stock exchange or the Hong Kong Stock exchange? Can I just move the money there and open an account and trade through the internet? I *think* (not sure) it is legal as long as I report the existence of those account and any profits to the IRS right? And how do I move my money? I know with purchases the best thing to do is to use a credit card in a foreign country, anyway to open and fund an account with a credit card (without being charged the added cash withdrawer fee)?
