I was suprised that you sold your holding a few days ago? The price was .11 or .105 and I'm curious after all this time why you sold? What made you pull the trigger at this level, the delisting notice?

It was a combination of things Midas. First and foremost, I couldn't afford to lose any more money holding this POS or forego profits that can most likely be made by owning producing precious metals companies (BTW...I think I saw you over on the MFN board...that is one of my replacements for KRY). I'm tired of seeing red every day...year after year after year.

The other reason is the ineptitude of management along with their total lack of personal investment in the company and anti-retail shareholder, non-transparent, metality. If Fung wants to enhance shareholder value (especially at this juncture)....why not plunk down a quarter of a million dollars or so to buy his own shares and walk the walk? Why not give a quarterly conference call like Balenger does where he could explain what his game plan is going forward? Actions speak louder than words. His actions speak of arrogance and failure. He actually had the gall to say that the cancellation of the MOC came as a "shock". Translation: that was most likely a lie or he was too lazy, stupid and careless (with other people's money) to have a back-up plan should the sham "China Deal!" fail. He acted as though the April arbitration deadline came as a surprise. Wouldn't you think a reasonable man would have had the financing all lined up when it came time to play the arbitration card? I do. Perhaps if within a week or so of announcing arbitration, he had announced his plan for dealing with the bondholders, our shareprice would have been supported and we might have been able to dodge the de-listing bullet....or perhaps if he had filed for arbitration YEARS AGO we'd be in much better shape right now. Bad decisions wrapped in an information vacuum...not my idea of a winning management style.

The bottom line is that Robert Fung has given me no reason to continue to hold on to KRY.
