The CRRC is still our partner to the best of my knowledge

The CVG was our partner until they cancelled the MOC. Of course we had an actual contract with the CVG....all we have from CRRC is a 2.5 million dollar loan and a Primary Binding Agreement whose execution was contingent upon milestones....all of which failed to be met.
