This now seems like a monumental blunder as the process could be well along already like GRZ and we'd have some pressure on them.

Ya think? Fung decided to roll the dice with other people's (i.e. OUR) money and lost. Bad and reckless decisions....isn't that what he gets paid the big bucks for?
