It is my understanding some of the reforestation was to take place after mining, some during and some to other areas. The identification of 3 hectares out of 3885 is miniscule but shows that the must be ongoing discussions dealing with the MOC.

It could be that kry has found this themselves or VZ has pointed it out. There will be a cost associated with this reforestation so it is possible that if Kry is claiming 3.8 billion vz is subtracting costs that would have been accured if we had mined.

It could be many things but I don't see it as us being in breach of the MOC, just an additional cost.
