Your points as usual are logical however, it is NOT Hugo who will suffer, it is VZ and the people. Long after he is gone, the people will have to clean up his mess.

As usual, the little people are left with the crumbs. Hell, they will wish for crumbs when the next govt rescinds all of these stupid subsidized industries that cost billions and achieve nothing.
