You are 100% correct EZ (although I really hate to actually say that), the Chinese JV discussions are almost completely irrelevant to the proceeding, unless VN claims that we could not get the financing so they kicked us out.

In any event, we would not need, nor could anyone force testimony from the Chinese. They would also not volunteer it, as they have other interests to consider.

Bottom line, the comments on the Chinese are the usual shareholder ranting and have no legal significance in our case. Those still holding need to try to subdue their emotions and understand that this is now an arbitration, which is not even remotely similar to a personal injury case by some TV ad law firm. Pain and suffering, which we have in abundance, are totally irrelevant.
